Been licking my wounds about the England dismal performance in the World cup of football. Though the better team won. I just want those idiots to get whats coming to them. So many calls now to sack the manager and get an English one in.

Apart from this disappointment i have been good. Shaken off the cold and been working as per normal really. Temps have been great with really warm weather for the past week minimum off 22 , highs of 30. So been hot and sweaty at work :D

A pot of brand new Columbian coffee just cracked open , please help yourself.
