Morning folks! Lots of Tim Hortons coffee for those that would like a cup.
I am doing nothing today but installing a new Kodak ESP-9 printer for the wife. Anyone ever used a Kodak Printer before?

Sunny and wonderful again this morning but thunderstorms for this afternoon.

Hope you all have a great day! smile

Hi Joel
That sure is a top notch printer there and you should save on the ink costs if the add.s are to be believed.
I think Craig was thinking of going down the route of Mssrs Kodak for his print etc duties.

BTW the ESP9 sells over here for £204 = 312cad.

You know me !!! picked up a Epson photo R200 for £3.00 on Sunday at a boot sale. The ink costs even surprised me somewhat -£7.50 = 11.48cad for 5 colour/1 black as a set of 6.

Pity you dont live near me I,d have give you a 3 in 1 HP NEW for nowt. Ok if you can afford the ink.!!!

Funnily enough you mentioning printers today -went to PC World this am to browse the mono laser printers-again replacement toner costs over here are about £60 ish, being the "skin flint" that I am I bid a hasty retreat from the store.
I did note that the Kodaks in the store had big displays on the sales floor -pushing the ink costs saving .
I,m sure your wife will appreciate that fact.
Keep us up to speed on this one will you as I,m curious to hear first hand if the claims are in fact true.

Well I just setup the printer and it seems like a decent unit. Right of the bat it works much better than tha damn HP I bought her a few years ago and this one is supposed to save alot on ink and it's replacement cost.
