Good morning to all at the forum.

Coffee is on the way ,,, Columbian smooth taste this morning. My Fav.

Mixed news today , got my 5770 crossfire card ordered to be here next week. Though at the same time received bad news on the cars. So having to borrow a family members this week and i feel a little guilty. Need to do some work on mine Wednesday next week and get it through an MOT. Then i can relax a little.

Another beautiful day with sunshine and temps around 23C/73F.

We spent the whole day outside yesterday and will probably do the same today. bar/BQed some Pork tenderloins last night and today it will be Drunken Chickens.

Oh man could i do with a nice fresh BBQ dude. I can imagine its like a permanent holiday where you live.

Here is the recipe I am making shortly. I will do a Jamaican Jerk type of rub for the cavity of the chickens and the outside then the birds get sat overtop of half full beer cans. Roast indirectly for about and hour and a half!!!

Yeah we do BBQ but not like that ..... :(

We got some chicken on the grill and a few burgers and sausages and thats about it. That is real cooking my friend.
The sun problem does not help things here either. :(

Ok we stayed out to late with the neighbours and the menu got changed. It seems everyone is ordering pizza for dinner so we decided to have drunken pizza instead of drunken chicken.

Ok the recipe is as follows. order enough pizza for all the gang, add me and you have drunken pizza!

LOL you got the BBq thought into my head so I threw on a Prime Rib cooking as I type this LOL enjoy the pizza I'll enjoy the Prime Rib
