thanks for the coffee ..had a bad storm yesterday with hurricane winds 75+mph lots of trees down and no power from Monday AM till mid -afternoon today .

It was pretty nice here yesterday...the skies were cloudy to the South though. 75 mph winds sound like no fun at all. The trees around my house would likely snap like toothpicks!

my neighbor lost 4 50' pine trees lucky for him the wind was straight west otherwise he would have had them on his house like some of the others
pretty hot here too about 90s had to have on long sleeves and jeans 'cause of the pine stuff . anyhooo good to help him out he's 87
it will be a while before they clean up the area but still nice to have the power back on and did not have to toss out too much food from the fridge

A wild storm indeed. Nice to see a friendly neighbor helping out, glad you were ok Peter. Cooler was empty but now full again with Bud and MGD.
