Combing multple 8cm dvd to one 12cm dvd
Hi everyone,
My son-in-law called today looking for a program (freeware first choce) that he could use to take a few 8cm dvds and put them on a single 12cm dvd. Any ideas?? He has a Canon DC40 camcorder which uses the 8cm discs. They only hold 20 minutes of video and he would like to merge them onto a single 12cm dvd with menus. The DC40 puts them in a Video_TS folder on the 8cm disc. Any input would be helpful, thanks.

DVDShrink should do the job as there will be no copy protection on the files and it is free.

The DVDShrink did the job as far as putting multiple mini's on one disc. Now I have to find docs and see if I can put them on with a menu structure.
I have not tried the second one yet.
Thanks Joel. :yourock:

ConvertXtoDvd adds menus and you can mount multiple video files together so it will mount on a single disc.

The program Steve suggested cost about $50.00 or more like the 1Click program i also suggested.

Thanks Zeb, I'll give it a try.
Joel, the 1Click program didn't support VOB files.

No problem Joel. DVDShrink did the job and if I can add menu's it would be great. Plus I have 2 others to check out, the freeware from Zeb and the $$ one from Steve. I'm sure I will get something for him to use.

:Thankyou: Great little program, it worked like a charm. And it is easy to use so I won't have any problem explaining to my Son in Law how to use it.
Thanks Zeb...
