Lose one GPU, get another
My older GT 430 HTPC video card started with video issues, then stopped working. I went to get another at nearby Fry's Electronics store, and the salesman showed me a new GT 430 versus a newer GT 520. I get a slightly better processor, twice the memory (2 vs 1 GB), and HDMI 1.4 versus HDMI 1.3 not that I need that yet, but you might! The GT 520 costs less as well.
I am not replacing my Pioneer Elite 60" plasma with a 3D TV until the 2010-acquired Pioneer dies. It's Picture Quality is still the best even though production was ceased in 2009. It, is amazing!

Well the 520 had HDMI problems, so the HTPC has a Radeon 6850 2GB card in it.
It runs cool too

It is quiet. It makes no noise! The fan I use to cool outboard External drives, makes noise in the summer, and during the day today - we were 81 F today, breaking the daytime record!

Sorta have the opposite here ... it is down to about -20F at night and I been having several rigs folding away. Without them I would need mittens on just to type. lol Would have to say that the loudest fans comes from the the EVGA 560Ti cards that have single fans. The nearest rig to me that I could hear is the AMD. with a the Phanteks cooling the FX 8350 with a Asus R9 270 and Sapphire 7850, can't heat those twin cooled GPU cards at all when under full loads.

I have an Antec cooler -it's great and quiet. Keeps my 8350 at 44 C all year long, rising to under 50 C under load.
