Hey Peeps the coffee is onand damn is it good this morning.
had a nice dinner out with my folks last night as they swung by on their way back from Florida. They will be heading up to their place this morning. Yesterday the Highway north was closed due to blowing snow and multi car accidents. So they will see how much snow they have later Today...

Enough rambling hope you all have a great day!

Good morning folks, well the kitchen sink backed up this morning so I pulled the whole dam thing apart and there was no blockage in the P-trap so now I have to run out and get a snake so I can look further into the pipe, should be fun LOL

Have a great day guys.

heya smduff if the snake does not work try getting a water ram ! or air ram ?? air water ram ??

you may have to rent one but they work really good used something like that in my ol digs to clean out the traps that I could not get cleared even with a 3/8 snake ..pretty sure that 's what it's called

good luck !

mention water ram to some folks and they get all excited but call a rental place up first

Good luck with the sink Duff!

As someone who has worked in the contracting field for years I would be hesitant to recommend the air water ram that rrplay suggested.

They work on a principal of forming an air tight seal over the drain then you press a trigger which forces Compressed air down the drain thus forcing the objects down or so in theory...

These can work fairly well most of the time but, they can also rupture or blow apart drain pipes in some cases causing real problems if pipes are in walls...

Good Afternoon everyone. This has been a very busy week but I am still here. Glad you were able to get the sink unclogged Duff. That can be a real pain. Have a great evening all.

I bet the new owners appreciate taken the problems off your hands. LOL

Those things can work really well but they in some cases can cause a lot of damage...

My big concern at the time was not so much the plumbing
but getting the electric and gas to pass inspection.
