Simply put, @1600 or so rpm the performance is equal, less rpm go for pull, more rpm go for push, (all assuming 25mm fans) push pull will give a ~30% increase in performance

Top performing fan for noise/cfm performance on a rad is the Gentle typhoon still

Thanks for that link! I think I will stick with my gut and install them in pull for now. I'm sure I'll be doing some modifications once I get up and running. I may end up changing the bottom and the top to push/configuration. For now, I'll just get it the way I would like it to work out and go from there based on actual temps and noise.

I added a brace to stabilize the shelf in the main compartment that was a little flimsy now that I haXed out the bottom two drive bays to make room for the radiator.

I also mounted the two fans in the pull configuration for now.

TY, sir. I left the tops black as they are going to be up against the top of the case. Figured they would blend in a little bit. The bottom can be seen from inside the case and I'm going for a red/black look there.

My other rig is black and blue and looks really nice, but I figured I would change it up a bit this time. Not sure if I'm going to like it as much as the black and blue, but it will grow on me.

Are you adding extra lighting? Red LED's may look cool?

I have a couple of 12" UV red cold cathodes. I also planned on using 4 red LED's on the reservoir. I think I'll start with that and if it needs more bling, I'll add some. I don't want a ton, just enough...you know what I mean?

Green is also becoming fairly popular. Not my personal preference but I guess if you are fanboy of the Green camp it would work quiet well for you.

I thought pretty hard about GREEN because I love gaming on the Xbox 360 so much. I just thought the ROG theme would be fitting for this build.

I agree the green would have clashed with the ROG board, red is definitely more fitting if you had gone with say the Sabertooth board then green would have worked quiet well.

The minute you chose your MB based on your "color scheme" you have failed...but in my defense, the EVGA boards are red too ROTFLMAO

The USB 3.0 front panel took less than a week. The SATA upgrade will be different, I put in a RMA for 2 of the old SATA boards and I'm hoping then send the new one since the case is only 4 months old.

You bastard...I just looked at those kits. They are not what I was thinking at all. Now I have a couple or red cold cathodes that will go unused. Those NZXT kits are totally nice. I'm going to order a 2m kit on my next Frozen order in a couple of weeks. Good call and thanks for the suggestion.

No real update today. I didn't work on it at all as I was busy with work and struggling with this cold. The billet grills arrived and look fantastic! As soon as the dust filters arrive, I'll be able to install the bottom radiator, PS and top radiator.
