Saturday..(It's the weekend)
It's the weekend, had a long lie in, but up now, made the coffee and there is even tea for those who would like a change.
Bright sunshine but only around 40 degrees....thankfully no wind to go with it. Still staying in for a while yet, a bit of a lazy day

The whole deal is that for 5 days nothing then today I have lets say fluctuating from ok to discomfort to spasm to OK ....this seems to be par for the course with this ....as for timing, the sequence above can take hours or just 30 minutes or so

Hey grumpy can they not do a proceedure where they break the stones up to smaller pieces using a machine with sound waves so they are quicker and easier to pass?
I know they have done this in the past for one of my uncles. Hope it is not too bad a day for you.

It has been OK really. They seem to think that I should wait for the "plink in the pan" as the stones are small enough already (even though it doesn't always feel that way).

Good morning everyone, thanks for the coffee Mike.
Ahh Joel he doesn't need to go get the stones broken up with sound waves just use a hammer in the comfort your home.
It's actually warmed up quite a bit here today after the week of record lows reaching the -15C point LOL only -2C at the moment not to bad.

Grumpy, drink plenty of cranberry juice and that will help move them along. (So I've been told) :
