Morning folks the coffee is on for those that would like a cup. Well the rain started about 8 am and it is pretty hard at times but should clear by this evening for a beautiful weekend.

Good morning everyone, I wish we had some rain here LOL to dam hot.

Well we made it home all safe and sound tonight just after 7pm...I took the return trip in two days to ease the stress on everyone. The trip was mostly uneventful thankfully, but as always the "other" one had to add his own little dramatic twist near the end just to spice things up! Somehow he lost his wallet today at some point, but when i was still 2hrs drive from home he texts me to ask me to help him find it in his panic!! OMG!!! :WTF: so when my phone was chiming i reached for it and swerved a little.. but it was enough to make the bag with my good Nikon camera fall over and the camera fell out and into the dog bowl that had water in it for my dog on the floor in the back seat. I had to pull over immediately and rescue the camera..also my son dropped his jug of milk from Burger King and so i had to clean him and the dog up too!!! Oh geeezzzz... I popped out the battery and wiped of the camera as best i could. When i got home I placed it in a bowl of raw dry rice in hopes that it will draw out the rest of the moisture, and hope that i will be able to save the camera. I called him later after i got home and told him he will owe me a camera if the drying treatment doesn't work.

On this trip i learned a little bit more.. so i am so done as the sun with helping him with anything ever again ever unless it involves our son. Over all the trip was good though!! Liam got to go to the Buffalo Science Museum and to the Buffalo Zoo. He also went to the playground numerous times, to the Kenmore Town days and rode the rides, he also got to see fireworks twice, and even had a jedi sword fight with my best friend's 16yr old son and his 18yr old friend...all over the jungle gym, up and down the slide.. over a picnic table, on a tire swing.. and under a monkey bar dome... it was freakin' hilarious!!! An all out playground war! At one point the older boy had my son on his shoulders while they pretended to be Voltron..and they were sword fighting when the youger teen smacked the other in the parts!!! oh... was that ever hysterical!! sorry... i know it hurt.. but it was funny from where i was sitting. Thankfully the boy made a slow descent to the ground so my son didn't go flying.. oh my.. But wow was it ever hot adn humid.. same as here!!!! I am not sure if i ever remember a summer like that growing up up there!! I even got accused of bringing the weather with me!! haha maybe i did!!
