More weekend goodness.

Here, we have crunching weather again: overcast, rain and 13 (55) Deg. The coffee is ready, there is tea if you would rather. There are croissants and bagels too so help yourself.

you guys are just great ! & shared the link again ..actually we had 50s like temps too ! and a real sweet turnout. anyhow my nieces and nephews first asked about you grumpdaddy and mentioned that you are a OC/H20 genius and a Folding champion ...which they kinda grasped ..they thought it was pretty cool to see the post & are certainly aware of the love I have for them. Some her best college friends seen and heard those remarks shared with my niece Marlene several times over the years.

& as we know: "What goes on Facebook stays on Facebook."

as for 4hams... mentioned that Joel is the big admin of the site and with the "help" of some of us ..sometimes get's confused as to when his birthday actually is :D:

Thanks for the kind words Peter. But this place really has no big admin. All I have done is add most of the content and categories. The real genious is Zebadee who constantly try's to find ways in which to attract more members by tweeaking the site and the Portal so as to attract a new membership.

My mind is really not confused, more like it has been formatted and therfore Blank. The last year has pretty much sucked the life right out of it but hey thats life right...

Andre, hope things went well for the kids yesterday with the soccer tournaments!

Peter, let us know when ya get your first News Story published @ HTL so we can all go have a read.

Oh ya, grumpy please let us know how ya make out crunching for coins? I had a read of the article last night and although interesting I do not think it is something for me.

The price of coins goes up and down like a whore's drawers but production for me at this time is in the order of 0.6 coins a day from a 5870. So, at right now prices 0.6 coins * $22.6 = $15.02.

In the past week prices have moved a lot...anywhere from $8 to over $30

Costs about $0.75 a day to run so I can certainly leave it on for now.

Good Afternoon everyone, sorry I missed the coffee and breakfast Mike.
Getting ready for our cruise so I was tied up. I'll check back in about 10 days or if I can get some cheap wifi somewhere. The ship wants .75 a minute, at that rate it will be more than the tickets. :(: The weather does not look so hot up above the US. :(: :(: Oh well, it will be a getaway.

Thanks Mike, this will give me time to complete the family DVD I am behind in. Every year we have a family party (about 60 or so) and I put a DVD slideshow together with about 300 pictures. I have not started yet and I need it done by 1st week in July. Good thing I don't need internet for that.

I can't even see the site. Get a message that internet explorer cannot display the site... Thats using the stored links I have and doing a google search.

Sorry I missed you posting this earlier. 'Twas a busy day. Boys lost again today. Poor kids lost three in a row. My daughter's team won the first game this morning and I was especially proud of them. They faced a great team and beat the crap out of them 9-3. Then this afternoon, we played a team that we had previously beaten (in league play) and LOST 1-2. It was heartbreaking...kids played really well. The other team just played a little better. I'm proud of the kids and it was a blast coaching them.

I caught the bottom of the pot as I burn some midnight oil getting set for work tomorrow. Thanks for leaving it on guys. Let's make it a great week!

Thanks Steve I have tried that... Not an issue with my ISP cause if I plug directly into modem I can get to the site. It is an issue with the new router blocking or just not allowing access to the site. I have been on tech support (China) and updated to latest firmware and that did not work reset the router changed settings and nothing works for that site...

I am now waiting for an email from them with a configuration file... Something tells me I will be waiting a long time. :waiting: :waiting: :waiting:

Have you tried it with a different browser, IE8 use to block some sites for me some times.

I may try that...

Ok so i waited 2 hours and never recieved the email from support at TP-LINK the router company and phoned them back.

To my surprise someone answered and spoke perfect english...

He had me change a few settings within the router and everything works perfect. This guy new exactly what the problem was and had it fixed in about 3 minutes! I think they need to hire a few more tech folks like him... :)

Glad you got it fixed up, sounds like they do need to hire a few more support guys like him.
